Culture Amp Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior People Scientist for a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract in Melbourne. You will partner with clients to design and analyze surveys across the employee lifecycle, uncover stories in data, and translate insights into practical actions for culture and performance improvement.

You will lead design reviews with HR leaders and contribute to marketing activities while supporting a close-knit customer team. Hybrid office-based role with some travel in AU/NZ/SEA.
