Launch Housing in Melbourne is seeking a Maintenance Officer to keep its residential properties protected, compliant and well maintained.
Joining the Assets team, you will coordinate day-to-day maintenance, assess requests, arrange repairs, oversee trades, and maintain records across long-term housing, rooming houses and transitional housing. This is a permanent full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) based at Collingwood.
