This established regional medical practice operates in MM4 regional Queensland and provides comprehensive primary healthcare services to a growing community. The practice offers mixed billing, up-to-date facilities, procedure and treatment rooms, nine consulting rooms, and solid nursing support. The team includes experienced registrars, nurses, reception staff, and practice leadership committed to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting medical education. The practice provides a supportive environment for vocationally registered GPs interested in supervision, mentoring, and rural medicine.

Position Description

An opportunity is available for a Vocationally Registered Fellowed General Practitioner with an interest in teaching and supervision. The successful candidate will support and mentor GP registrars while maintaining an active clinical caseload within a busy regional practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of the future rural medical workforce while enjoying the benefits of regional living and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Position Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner




- Fellowship of RACGP and/or ACRRM
- Current supervisor approval, or eligibility and willingness to obtain supervisor approval through relevant RACGP and/or ACRRM training pathways, including applicable FSP programs
- Demonstrated experience working as a General Practitioner
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and clinical leadership skills
