XPT Software in Sydney is seeking an experienced QA/Test Manager to lead testing across HR/payroll and HCM transformation projects. You will define test strategy, govern test plans, and manage SIT, UAT, E2E, and payroll testing with distributed teams.

You'll work with Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or payroll systems, drive defect management, release readiness, and quality reporting, and coordinate with business, HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders.
