Avani Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Strata Financial Administrator for a fixed-term contract from December 2026 to March 2027. You will manage the Community Association finances, coordinate budgets and reporting, and support the facilities team to ensure smooth operation of the resort.
You will liaise with owners, contractors and internal stakeholders, maintain records, and ensure compliance with strata legislation and reporting obligations.
