TLC Healthcare is seeking a Personal Care Worker Student for the Geelong region (Belmont and Armstrong Creek). This part time traineeship runs over 12 months, requiring at least 3 shifts per week. You will learn on the job, gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), and secure ongoing employment opportunities within TLC Aged Care homes.

Applicants must be an Australian Resident or Permanent Resident. Applications close 23 November 2026.
