THE ROLE
You will:
- • Develop and manage commercial client relationships
- • Identify new projects and tender opportunities
- • Work with builders, developers and commercial fit-out companies
- • Review plans, specifications and project requirements
- • Prepare and manage quotations and tenders
- • Negotiate and secure commercial projects
- • Build a strong forward pipeline
- • Help develop Empire's commercial strategy
- • Work closely with production, operations and installation teams
WHO WE WANT
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
Commercial blinds & curtains
Window furnishings
Commercial interiors
Fit-outs
Architectural/building products
Construction sales or estimating
Existing relationships within the construction industry will be highly regarded.
We're looking for someone commercially driven, confident and ambitious who wants more than simply managing an existing sales territory.
