Care Connect is seeking motivated individuals to provide in-home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Northern Beaches and surrounding areas. We enable people to live independently and safely at home for longer.

Responsibilities include personal grooming, domestic duties, meal prep, and mobility assistance. Requirements include Australian work rights, driving licence, police checks, First Aid/ CPR, and at least 3 COVID-19 vaccinations.
