Passion Flower Care is seeking open-minded, high-quality Support Workers across Western Sydney for immediate start. The role covers personal care, community engagement, SIL, and documentation.

Passion Flower Care is looking for dedicated professionals to support NDIS participants across Western Sydney in private homes, SIL facilities, and the community. Responsibilities include personal care (daily living, hygiene, grooming), community engagement and social outings, maintaining a protected and supportive environment, and completing accurate and timely progress notes. Mandatory requirements: valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), recent National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR Certificates, previous experience in disability or aged care, valid Australian Driver's Licence,



and a reliable insured vehicle. Positions are available for immediate start.
