Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee on-shift operations, guide the team through peak periods, and uphold our food safety and quality standards. You will drive guest satisfaction by mentoring staff and ensuring efficient service.

Applicants should have experience leading teams in quick-paced settings and hold or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, plus a National Police Check.
