The Maylands Hotel in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs is part of Matthews Hospitality Group, known for a warm, local feel and award-winning venues. We seek a Duty Manager to lead shifts across bar, gaming, and floor operations, ensuring protected, high-standard service and coaching the team.

You’ll manage service flow, develop staff, and maintain presentation standards while supporting the Venue Manager and department heads.
