Bob's Bakery on Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced Baker to join the night shift, producing yeast breads, sourdough and laminated pastries from scratch. You’ll contribute to daily trade, maintain quality and food safety, and work within a busy island bakery setting.
Night shifts start around 4pm and run until between midnight and 3am. A Certificate III in Bakery and a valid driver’s licence are essential, with staff accommodation and island discounts available.
