You will draft primary legislation, regulations, ministerial correspondence, and Governor in Council briefings, supporting Ministers and the Secretary in complex matters.

You will join the Public Law and Legislation Team, reporting to the Public Law and Legal Governance Special Counsel, contributing to administrative law guidance and high-stakes policy work
