Full-Time Allrounder/Barista - High Volume Busy Cafe
We are looking for an experienced, fast and reliable Barista/Allrounder to join our busy hospital cafe. You will confidently handle high-volume coffee orders, multitask efficiently and work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quality coffee quickly and consistently during busy periods
- Handle high-volume coffee orders efficiently
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and other beverages
- Assist with simple food preparation and general cafe duties
- Manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service
About you
- Previous experience in a busy, high-volume cafe is essential
- Fast, efficient and confident working under pressure
- Excellent multitasking skills - able to manage several tasks independently
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Friendly with good customer service skills
- Proactive, organised and a good team player
