Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Head of Software QA in Sydney for a permanent, hybrid role. You will lead a distributed QA team of about 7 engineers, own the end-to-end QA strategy, and drive automation across the SaaS platform and client implementations.

This role requires robust technical leadership, API testing expertise and excellent stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product and senior leadership to shape QA improvements, oversee automation
