Hachette Australia is seeking a detail‑driven Royalties Administrator to join our Finance team in Sydney. You will ensure authors are paid accurately and on time, interpret contracts, and record them in our Royalties software to calculate earnings.

This role requires meticulous records, robust organization, and a passion for publishing. You will report to the Financial Controller and handle royalties, advances and sub-rights income across editions and formats, liaising with publishers, authors,
