About the role

As a Product Support Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and keeping Epiroc's equipment performing at its best.
You'll:

- Build strong relationships with customers and teammates
- Carry out repairs,



rebuilds and maintenance on Epiroc's underground and surface mining equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and RCS faults
- Conduct both field and workshop-based repairs
- Provide high-level technical support to customers in the region
- Maintain strict safety and compliance standards

What we're looking for

- Trade qualification - Mechanical, Heavy Diesel, Electrical or Hydraulic
- Solid commitment to safety and teamwork
- Experience with heavy mobile plant, rebuilds or field service work
- Epiroc product or rotary blast hole drill experience highly regarded
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
