Holstep Health is seeking an experienced Engagement Advisor to join the Carer Gateway engagement team in Melbourne. The role focuses on outreach activities, partner collaboration and raising awareness of Carer Gateway and Carers programs across the state.
You will coordinate information sessions, lead the Carer Advisory Group and work with consortia partners to improve outreach effectiveness and referrals from diverse communities. Hybrid work is available in Preston and surrounding areas.
