ACT is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist (RN) to support residential aged care services across ACT and rural NSW. The role is full-time and mobile, with regular travel and overnight stays to partner with service managers and teams in delivering protected, person-centred care. You will lead quality assurance, coordinate audits, manage incidents and complaints, and embed sustainable improvement practices. AHPRA-registered nurses with aged care experience are preferred.
