Silver Search is seeking an experienced and organised Senior Receptionist to join a busy, multidisciplinary mental health clinic on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

About the Role
This is a hands-on position combining front-of-house responsibilities with a greater focus on coordination, organisation and supporting the overall management of the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a busy reception and patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Coordinating appointments, clinician schedules and room bookings.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary clinic.
- Building strong relationships with clinicians, patients and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with administrative processes, billing and patient records.
- Supporting workflow improvements and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently.
- Providing guidance and support to the wider administrative team as required.

About You

You will be an experienced Medical Receptionist who enjoys being at the centre of a busy practice and is ready to step into a more senior role.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in specialist practice administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence communicating with a diverse range of patients and healthcare professionals.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to take initiative, work independently and support a busy team.
- A warm, professional and compassionate manner, particularly when dealing with patients experiencing mental health challenges.

Experience in mental health, psychology or a multidisciplinary healthcare setting would be highly regarded.
