Hindmarsh Construction Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to lead the Corporate team, run company secretarial matters for a group of entities, and support property development and project finance transactions.

You will report to the General Counsel, advise senior management and the board, oversee risk and compliance across construction, development and retirement businesses, and manage external counsel, banks and regulators.
