Reggio Emilia Australia Information Exchange (REAIE) is a national not-for-profit organisation supporting educators and educational communities through professional learning, conferences, publications, exhibitions and international collaborations inspired by the Reggio Emilia Educational Project.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Management Accountant to join our small, collaborative team.

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Board Treasurer, you will oversee REAIE's end-to-end accounting functions, combining hands‑on financial operations with budgeting, reporting, compliance and financial analysis.

This diverse role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the organisation's financial processes, contribute to continuous improvement and support informed decision‑making.

About You

You will bring relevant accounting qualifications, strong technical skills and experience managing end-to-end accounting processes. You will be confident working independently, comfortable with accounting systems such as MYOB or Xero,



and able to communicate financial information clearly.

A proactive, organised and collaborative approach is essential. Experience in the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
