The Role

We are looking for a motivated, practical person interested in building a long-term career in the construction and engineering industries.

This full-time position combines warehouse, yard and regular construction site work. You will work alongside our site crews, contractors and operations team, with opportunities to take on broader field responsibilities as the Victorian business grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and strapping screw pile packs
- Loading and unloading with a forklift
- Preparing orders and assisting with contractor pickups
- Receiving stock deliveries and maintaining stock control




- Keeping the warehouse and yard organised
- Preparing equipment for installation crews
- Delivering materials and equipment to sites
- Carrying out minor site works and supporting installers

About You

You are reliable, organised and comfortable working independently. You enjoy hands‑on work, communicate well and are keen to learn new skills.

To be considered, you will need:

- A current forklift licence
- A current driver’s licence
- The legal right to work in Australia through citizenship, permanent residency or an appropriate working visa
- Strong verbal and written English skills for phone and email communication with wholesale customers

Desirable Skills and Experience

The following would be beneficial:

- Construction White Card
- Experience in warehousing, construction, civil works, trade assisting or a similar hands‑on role
- Knowledge of construction sites and site procedures
- Administration experience
- Experience using Simpro
