We provide a range of supports to NDIS participants, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)-related support services, in-home support and community participation.

At Ableconnect, we believe quality care starts with understanding each participant as an individual. We are committed to building trusted relationships, supporting independence and delivering services that reflect each participant’s needs, preferences and aspirations.

You will work closely with participants, support workers, families, allied health professionals and other stakeholders to ensure supports are delivered consistently, safely and in accordance with individual support requirements.

The role combines participant coordination, staff supervision, rostering,
