You’ll deliver a warm café experience for residents, families and visitors, preparing beverages and snacks, maintaining a clean, secure space, and assisting with dining room service when needed.

Hospitality qualifications are valued but not essential. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and a positive attitude in a busy care home environment.
