About the Role
We're looking for an organised, approachable and tech-savvy Administration Assistant to join the team at Woodridge Parish. - Assist with photocopying, scanning, correspondence and general office duties.
- Support the preparation and distribution of parish newsletters and communications.
- Assist with updating parish databases, registers and electronic records.
- Provide administrative support for sacramental activities and parish bookings.
- Work collaboratively with the Parish Secretary and Parish Priest to support parish operations.

About You You'll be a friendly, reliable and organised person who enjoys administrative work and helping others. You'll be comfortable using technology, have a good eye for detail and be willing to learn new systems and processes.
To be successful, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in administration, clerical work or office support.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
- Experience with electronic filing, document management or record keeping will be highly regarded.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- An understanding of, or willingness to support, the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
- A current Paid Blue Card and National Criminal History Check (or the willingness to obtain both).
