About the Role:

As the lead Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based and culturally responsive services to clients with disability, developmental delay, neurological conditions and complex physical needs.

You will:

- Independently manage a diverse and complex caseload
- Provide advanced assessment, intervention and clinical consultation
- Prescribe and review assistive technology, mobility equipment and postural supports
- Develop individualised therapy and capacity-building programs
- Support families, carers,



educators and support workers
- Prepare clinical reports and NDIS recommendations
- Contribute to multidisciplinary practice, service development and clinical excellence
- Travel to remote communities by 4WD and light aircraft

About You:

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years’ postgraduate clinical experience
- Experience in disability, paediatrics, neurological rehabilitation or community physiotherapy
- Solid clinical reasoning and ability to work autonomously
- Experience with assistive technology and mobility equipment
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while confidently practising as the sole Physiotherapist
- Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in remote communities
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel

Experience in remote practice, NDIS, neurodiversity-affirming practice or transdisciplinary models will be highly regarded.
