She is independent, active, loves to shop, needs transport to appointments and to see her children. would like some companionship and light in home support.
Male or Female SW. Shifts are flexible.
Logan Reserve: We have a young male participant in SIL who needs in home support and community access. some high intensity rates, some shifts 2:1. ASD level 3. behaviours can include physical agression.
Cleveland & Holland park: we have a mature ladies looking for a mature female SW. They would like light in home support, transport to appts, grocery shopping, companionship and meal prepping.
shifts are twice a week 9am
- 2 pm. Times and days are versatile.
Gold Coast (labradore): female SW needed for SIL house. supporting psychosocial participant and another SIL for an older lady requiring in home support and personal care.
