Amana Living is seeking a Care Coordinator at Peter Arney Home, Salter Point. This permanent part time role (30 hours per fortnight) provides clinical leadership to RNs, ENs and carers within a defined resident area, ensuring care standards meet organisational expectations.

You will lead shifts, supervise staff, liaise with GPs and allied health, manage risk and contribute to KPI reporting. The role requires RN registration and several pre-employment checks, with induction at Rivervale Training
