Working from the STEELBRO Victorian repairs and service workshop and based in Sunshine West VIC 3020, this role is your chance to build a sales career in heavy equipment, expand the Company's footprint, and represent a globally respected brand that’s driving real change in the transport industry all whilst building your career as a 7-8 figure Sales Professional. Win new business while strengthening key accounts

Identify customer needs and deliver smart, tailored transport solutions

Contribute to strategic sales and marketing initiatives





Maintain accurate CRM data and drive focused follow-ups

Occasionally travel between Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide to connect with customers

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

And, if you have...

A passionate, results-driven sales professional with at least 3 years’ experience in relationship-based selling

Experience in capital equipment or road transport sales (highly regarded)

An engaging communicator who builds trust and delivers outcomes

Confidence working both independently and collaboratively

A proven achiever with a robust record in meeting and exceeding KPIs

An energetic, strategic, and are always ready to make things happen outlook,
