Leicestershire County Council Shared Lives Service is seeking a Regional Live-in Team Leader to conduct home assessments, create person-centred care plans, and coordinate current live-in placements across the East Anglia region. Regular travel and field visits are involved to ensure high-quality care for vulnerable adults.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and a commitment to safeguarding standards.
