PwC Australia’s Sale & Purchase Agreement Advisory team in Melbourne is seeking a Manager to join our SPA specialists.

You will apply accounting, financial analysis and a sceptical mindset to high-profile M&A; deals, advising on purchase price mechanisms, completion accounts, locked box arrangements, earn-outs and related negotiations.

You will work with partners, directors and cross-functional deal teams to protect value for clients and deliver explicit, client-ready outputs.
