Uplyft in Western Australia is seeking a Cultural Family Liaison Officer (50D) on a 22.5-hour per week, fixed-term basis. Based at Bentley with free parking, the role supports the Grandcarer Case Management Service and works to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
You will deliver high-quality case management and culturally responsive support, collaborate with diverse communities and multidisciplinary teams, and hold a tertiary degree in Community Services.
