Fortrea is seeking a Senior CRA II/CRA II for Phase I monitoring in the West Coast/Mid-West. The role requires 1+ year of on-site clinical monitoring experience and 40–50% overnight travel. Primary duties include site monitoring, data integrity, SAE handling, and coordination of project activities.

Ideal candidates will have Phase I experience and be able to work in quick-paced, highly regulated environments with a focus on patient safety and data quality.
