LaserBond is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in mining, minerals processing, pumps, and fluid transfer. You will identify current markets, build strategic relationships with mine operators and OEMs, and lead opportunities from initial engagement to repeat business.

You will collaborate with commercial, engineering and operations teams to deliver technically informed, value-based solutions that improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs
