You will prepare Sri Lankan and Indian dishes, contribute to menu development, and monitor costs and quality in a busy restaurant workplace.

The role requires 1–2 years in a commercial kitchen, deep knowledge of traditional techniques, spice blending, curry making and rice dishes, with strong teamwork
