QBE Insurance Group is seeking an insurance professional to join our Internal Dispute Resolution team in a permanent, full time, hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end complaints and disputes for all General Insurance products, assessing and analysing relevant policies, legislation and evidence.
You will engage with customers and internal/external stakeholders, delivering fair outcomes and identifying systemic causes of dissatisfaction.
