Grove Hire is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to support small and medium-size projects across Victoria. You will manage enquiries from first contact through to quotation and order confirmation, helping customers select the right site offices, amenities and modular solutions for their projects.

About the role

Based in Pakenham and working closely with the Victorian sales, operations and delivery teams, this is an opportunity to work on you will manage a portfolio of small to medium project opportunities. This is an internal role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, preparing accurate quotes, following up opportunities and coordinating the details that turn enquiries into successful hires.

Key responsibilities

- Generate opportunities by proactively responding to project leads on software such as Estimate 1, Felix, ICN and Gateway
- Respond promptly to phone, email and online enquiries from Victorian customers.
- Understand project requirements and recommend suitable site offices, lunchrooms, changerooms, ablutions and associated equipment.
- Prepare accurate quotations, hire schedules and supporting information for small and medium projects.
- Follow up open quotes and maintain regular contact with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate availability,



transport, installation requirements and delivery timing with operations and project teams.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers while identifying repeat and new-business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity records in the CRM system.
- Support pricing updates, sales campaigns and general account administration.
- Assist with the smooth handover of confirmed orders to delivery teams.

About you

You are a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers, keeping opportunities moving and managing details from enquiry to order. You are organised, commercially aware and comfortable balancing many active quotes and projects at once.

What you will bring

- Experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support or hire coordination.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and confidence discussing customer requirements.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Good commercial awareness and confidence preparing quotations.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and time management.
- Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel; experience using CRM, quoting or hire-management systems is valued.
- Experience in equipment hire, construction, infrastructure, modular buildings or a related industry will be highly regarded.
- Manage a varied pipeline of Victorian projects.
