Corporate Receptionist | Front of House | NSW Government

- Monday–Friday day shifts with no weekends
- Locations: North Ryde, Parramatta, Potts Hill and Homebush
- Pay: Up to $40 p/h + super

About the opportunity
Ampersand International is recruiting three Corporate Receptionist for a large NSW essential services organisation. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors, making sure everyone is welcomed, signed in and looked after.

There are two types of role on offer:

North Ryde, 1 position
Based at the reception desk of a brand-new laboratory building, you will:

- welcome visitors and contractors and guide them through sign-in requirements
- contact staff hosts to let them know their visitors have arrived
- manage gate access and incoming deliveries

This is a quieter, autonomous role, ideal if you’re starting out in guest services and enjoy working independently.

Hours: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Rotating sites, 2 positions
Rotating across Parramatta, Potts Hill and Homebush, you will:





- handle front-of-house enquiries from staff and visitors
- manage lockers, parking bookings and workplace requests
- at Parramatta, coordinate event space bookings and room setups

Shifts:

- Parramatta: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Potts Hill: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Homebush: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

About you

- Around 12 months’ experience in customer service, reception, concierge or small-office administration
- Friendly, qualified and confident dealing with a wide range of people
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Teams or Microsoft Planner is a plus (training is provided)
- For the rotating roles, a driver’s licence and your own vehicle are highly regarded, as Potts Hill is hard to reach by public transport
