Red Hat is seeking a Customer Site Reliability Engineer to join OpenShift Managed Cloud Services. This remote role across Australia focuses on reliability, automation, and customer success, supporting large-scale OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.

You will lead incident response, drive automation, mentor peers, and collaborate with TAMs, Services, Fleet SRE, DevOps and infra teams to deliver resilient, scalable cloud services and transparent postmortems for continuous improvement.
