nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician based in Goulburn with a robust hands-on attitude to installations, repairs, and customer support across various nbn technologies. You’ll work independently in homes or small businesses, install cabling, set up equipment, identify faults, and ensure customers feel supported and informed through the process.
