SkyPoint on the Gold Coast is seeking a proactive F&B;, Events and Guest Service Team Leader. This full time, 38 hours per week role leads Attendants during events and manages day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
You will train and motivate frontline staff, plan rosters, coordinate with the Events Manager, and maintain service standards across busy events while prioritising safety and presentation.
