Access Telehealth is seeking an experienced nurse to join our in office Residential Aged Care Homes team in Traralgon on a permanent part-time basis (0.7 FTE). No night shifts or weekends, no home-based work, and strong clinical coordination across GP and Specialist rounds via telehealth.
You will assess, prioritise and make timely clinical decisions, coordinate care, and support residents with digital tools and clinical systems. AHPRA registration and aged care experience are essential.
