Tofu Monkey Australia Pty Ltd seeks a Systems Chef to own the food product, menu specs, and batch sheets. You will collaborate closely with the founders to shape the menu, cost recipes, and set production standards in a high-volume, quick-casual kitchen in Sydney.

You will lead kitchen operations, build supplier relationships, and push for zero-waste practices, soy-milk production, and premium plant-based dishes.
