About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in the electrical trade. You will work alongside qualified electricians to gain hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects while completing your formal training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Learn to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Use and maintain tools and equipment safely
- Carry out basic wiring, testing, and fault-finding tasks under supervision
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Attend and complete all required TAFE/training components of the apprenticeship
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong interest in the electrical trade
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic mathematical and technical aptitude
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
