We're looking for a passionate, creative and motivated Part-Time Chef to join our kitchen team at the beautiful Kalgoorlie Golf Course!

Set against the stunning backdrop of one of Australia's top golf courses, the Waterhole Bar & Bistro is more than just a place to grab a bite. We're a vibrant hospitality venue hosting everything from relaxed bistro dining and weekend lunches to weddings, corporate functions and major community events. No two days are the same, and that's what makes it exciting! We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity and pride to the kitchen,



enjoys working with a supportive team and is passionate about delivering food that keeps our customers coming back for more.

- What's Cooking? Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll:
- Prepare, cook and present delicious, high-quality meals.
- Get involved in menu development, daily specials and seasonal creations.
- Help deliver memorable weddings, corporate functions and large-scale events.
- Support and guide kitchen staff to deliver consistent, quality service.
- Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
- Assist with stock control, food costing and minimising wastage.
- Step up and support kitchen operations when the Head Chef is away.
- The Secret Ingredients We're Looking For Relevant commercial cookery qualifications.
- A minimum of three years' experience working as a Chef.
- A passion for great food, creativity and beautiful presentation.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to stay cool when the kitchen heats up!
- Great teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work across bistro service, weekends and special events.
- A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
