About the role

Bluff Knoll Auto Pty Ltd is seeking two experienced Automotive Sales Managers to join our dealership in Karratha, WA. These are full-time positions offering an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our sales teams in one of Western Australia's key regional markets. As Sales Managers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, building customer relationships, and achieving our ambitious business targets. This is a strategic position where your leadership, industry expertise, and sales acumen will directly impact the success of our dealership operations.

What you'll be doing

- Leading, motivating and mentoring a team of sales consultants to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

- Managing the sales process from initial customer contact through to vehicle delivery, ensuring exceptional customer experience at every stage

- Developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones

- Overseeing the negotiation and completion of sales transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with management to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover

- Analysing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing enquiries and complaints professionally

- Training and coaching sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service standards





- Collaborating with other departments including finance, service and marketing to enhance overall dealership performance

- Ensuring showroom presentation and administrative processes meet company standards

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in automotive sales management or a similar sales leadership role

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales staff

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

- Knowledge of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles and the automotive industry (desirable but not essential)

- Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Robust negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to test drive vehicles with customers

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards
