Through our purpose-built Aspire Training Clinics, we deliver real-world clinical training in fully operational cosmetic medical clinics equipped with advanced technology, modern treatment rooms, and structured learning environments.

As we continue to expand nationally, we are now seeking passionate, experienced Dermal Therapists to join our growing team across the Gold Coast.

You’ll directly impact students completing Advanced Diploma and Graduate Diploma qualifications in Dermal Science, helping them transition confidently into industry-ready professionals.

About the Role





You will combine hands-on clinical practice with structured education in a up-to-date training clinic environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Training AACDS students in dermal therapy practical competencies in line with AACDS protocols

- Supporting assessment delivery and validation processes

- Delivering advanced dermal therapy treatments to clinic clients

- Assisting with clinic operations, administration and reception support as required

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking experienced Dermal Therapists who are excited by both clinical excellence and education.

You will bring:

- A formal qualification in Dermal Therapies and 2 years’ industry experience

- A commitment to obtain (or already hold) a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment within six months

- Strong treatment skills with excellent attention to detail

- Professional communication and presentation

- A positive, proactive and collaborative approach

- Strong organisation, reliability and time management

- Confidence working with students, clients and multidisciplinary clinical teams

- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management systems
