ABOUT THE ROLE

As a valued member of our salon team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional hairdressing services.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing high-quality cutting, colouring, styling and technical services.

- Delivering professional consultations and personalised haircare recommendations.

- Building and maintaining a loyal client base through exceptional customer experiences.

- Confidently recommending professional retail products and home haircare solutions.

- Working towards achievable salon KPIs, including rebookings, retail and service performance.

- Maintaining excellent salon presentation, hygiene and professional standards.

- Supporting your fellow team members and contributing to a positive salon culture.

- Staying up to date with industry trends, techniques and ongoing education.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who is not only talented behind the chair but also brings a positive attitude and genuine passion for the hairdressing industry.





Our ideal candidate will have:

- A Certificate III in Hairdressing.

- Confidence in cutting, colouring and styling techniques.

- Excellent communication and consultation skills.

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

- A strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail.

- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- A willingness to learn, develop and embrace new opportunities.

- A positive, professional and team-oriented attitude.
