Remuneration and benefits

We offer a competitive remuneration structure designed to attract and retain high-performing sales professionals.

- $95,000 guaranteed annual package including superannuation

- Uncapped monthly commissions, paid in addition to your base package

- Annual performance bonus

- On-target earnings of approximately $150,000 per annum

About the opportunity

As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with prospective clients who have expressed an interest in our investment research and membership services.

You will be responsible for understanding prospective members' requirements, communicating the value of our research offering and converting qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships.

This is a consultative sales position requiring strong communication skills,



commercial awareness, professionalism and the ability to build credibility with investors.

You will work within an established sales environment, supported by a dedicated marketing function, experienced management and a team of equity research analysts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging with qualified prospective clients through telephone and digital channels

- Conducting professional, consultative sales conversations

- Understanding client requirements and presenting appropriate membership solutions

- Demonstrating the features and benefits of our investment research platform

- Managing prospective client relationships and follow-up activity through our CRM

- Consistently achieving monthly sales and revenue targets

- Maintaining a strong understanding of our products, services and market developments

- Working collaboratively with management to improve sales effectiveness and client conversion

About you

We are seeking individuals with a proven ability to sell, a professional approach to client engagement and the ambition to develop a successful career.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- A proven track record in sales, business development or client acquisition

- Experience in consultative, telephone-based or relationship-driven sales

- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

- The ability to engage confidently with professional and retail investors

- Consistent performance against revenue and sales targets

- Professional presentation, reliability and a strong work ethic

Previous experience in financial services,



investment research, wealth management, premium subscriptions or other high-value sales environments will be highly regarded.

However, candidates from other industries with a demonstrated record of strong sales performance are equally encouraged to apply.
